Diversity & Inclusion Committee Webmaster
New Mexico State University (September 2020 - August 2021)
During my Masters at NMSU, I served as a webmaster for the graduate student diversity and inclusion committee within the psychology department. My involvement included:
Attending and contributing to bi-weekly student led discussions on diversity and inclusion
Working to facilitate an inclusive environment in the Psychology Department at NMSU by identifying areas in need of improvement and brainstorming solutions (e.g., contributing to the development of an EDI climate survey)
Building and maintaining the first EDI webpage for the NMSU Psychology Department
